Description

Come and celebrate the 9th Anniversary of the AESA Northeastern Section at the Little Neck Armenian Society!
**Open Bar & Sit Down Dinner included. We will have our Wine Raffle once again!! Everyone wins a bottle (or more!)!!

This year's honoree is a distinguished professor in Computer Science and Mathematics, Dr. Sos Agaian.

It has been nine years since the founding of the Northeastern Section (previously known as the New York-New Jersey Section) of the Armenian Engineers and Scientists of America. Along with our name change, we have expanded our reach to other Northeastern Cities, including Boston, which has a rich Armenian community and many professionals and students in the Engineering and Science fields. Since our founding, our section has made significant contributions to the Armenian community both in the USA and Armenia, including our annual Mentoring Forum and our teaching efforts in Armenia. These programs would not have been made possible without your commitment and the support of our section.

Our goal is to allocate funds from this banquet to fund our various on-going projects. Specifically these include:
• Teaching at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the Gyumri Information Technologies Center
• Allocating supplies and Improving the infrastructure of the Aratashen village nursery school and farms.
• Expanding our Mentoring Program and Speaker Series to other Northeastern Section Cities.
